Job Description:
Skills Qualification and Experience
- Expertise in Reports, Interface, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (RICEFW).
- Advanced skills in ABAP development, including BADI (Business Add-In), IDOC (Intermediate Document) Extensions, ABAP Objects, and BAPI (Business Application Programming Interface).
- Take ownership of development projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders through excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Apply strong structured problem-solving abilities to overcome development challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and complete development tasks within deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in at least three end-to-end S4HANA implementation and working with ODATA
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the solution is properly designed and implemented according to the relevant project methodology and approach agreed with customer in a timely manner.
- Creating a detailed design and perform as a work stream lead in core area of expertise and perform hands-on implementation work and deliver the solution with high quality
- Design, define and ensure business value in all deliverables through unique core management consulting concepts , efficient project management techniques and strong customer relationship skills
- Ensure Quality Assurance through establishing & implementing quality management system and procedures during every step of the production process.
- Build and manage trusted relations with customers/ Client Executives.
- Ensure utilization of resources in project activities, escalate underutilization and work with Associate directors to map suitable utilization opportunities for resources
- On board and Roll off resources in timely fashion to attain optimum P &L for the project.
- Serve as a mentor and trusted training resource to ensure training materials, plans and/or programs that supports project, business needs and organizational readiness of his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility.
- Participate and assist in the recruiting process as appropriate.
- Participate in Proof of Concepts and develop re-usable solutions and components to get the Practice ready for future projects and prospective customers.
- Build and Maintain Templates and Knowledge Database
- Research and stay updated on new technologies and Innovations in the Industry
- Identify new opportunities within the project and highlight that to Associate Directors
- Contribute to creating Presales Proposals and Effort Estimations.
- Participate in creating content for our Website, Case Studies, Blogs to spread awareness on our Branding in the market to attract prospective customers
